Pure Movement

Pure Movement is our small group Personal Training session (capped at a maximum of 6 members per session) which follows a rolling monthly programme. Each month we focus on a number of movements including a push, pull, hinge, squat and loaded carry and build the mobility and control required to be able to successfully and safely take part in it's companion programme - Pure Strength.
