“Pilates”, devised by Joseph Pilates during the early part of the 20th century. Using Joseph’s own description “controlology” Pilates, when taught correctly will help to improve and strengthen your posture and core structure. Whether you spend most of your time behind a desk or standing, Pilates exercises concentrate on your body’s own ability to move through natural movements using the correct muscles to perform specific movements. This will, given time enhance your exercise routine and lifestyle.
