Pure Strength

Pure Strength is our small group strength programme and is capped at only 8 members per session. Pure Strength runs in 7 week cycles (followed by a rest week before restarting with new exercises). We focus on just 4 big exercises in each 7 week cycle - a push, pull, hinge and squat. Each week the sets and reps we use vary and the final week of each cycle is a 'test week', where you can test your strength in the 4 movements and see how much progress you have made.
